Cashback declined, so resubmitted. Waited 4 months only to be told that Asda states that they did not fulfil order! They certainly delivered it and certainly charged me for it. Reading these reviews it seems like they play this trick often with TCB members. Not good practice Mr Asda :(

Should have had £10.50 for New Customer. Ended up with nothing. Have given up trying with Asda Customer Service. I will not bother with them again.

Change the dropdown menu to Date: Newest first to get a true reflection of Asda. And they are still promoted when so many members are declined.
