Cashback was paid in a week which was great but the actually quality of the fresh food was terrible. They gave me tons of stuff with use by date for the next day had to throw loads away. I wouldn't buy online groceries from them again.

Even though I was in the store at the alloted click and collect time I had yet to receive an email or text message with an order collect number, so I left thinking it wasn't ready. I received a phone call an hour after my chosen collection time but I missed the call. I subsequently got a text message saying they had cancelled my order. When I called up I was rudely told that it was 'not like it was a big shop, it's only razors. You can come down now amd pay again!' This was almost 10pm at night. I told Tom (Asda Radcliffe) that I would be going to customer services and he said 'ok' and put the phone down on me. Amazon and Tesco.have fantastic customer services but Asda have screwed up my order the only two times I have placed with them. My delivery back in February was replaced, and downsized and then they took more money off me for fewer items! Then the large corporation that Asda is , calculated intensively how much exactly was owed to me (after refunds going back and forth into my account) to make sure they didn't give me a penny more...even for inconvenience. So now my order was cancelled my cashback will decline and as it is for new customers, I am not eligiable for it.
