i have never received any cashback, even when £5.95 is offered if you do a shop. I have completed a shop with this offer 3 times. They never pay!!!!!!!

A bit pointless really as didn't get any cashback as had previously used ASDA for home delivery years ago and therefore classed as an existing customer.

keep getting told need to have a 9-10 digit account number. i only have a 11 digit account number. As per usual Topcashback staff are not useful.
