	Not great I purchased, it never registered I didn’t get any cash back on this item I didn't complain straight away as it says it sometimes takes around 7 days to appear This cash back was the main reason for my going with this retailer Really disappointed thanking you Pamela Collinson

	Spent £229.99 & Argos declined £22. Cash back. AVOID Avoid this lying trickster greedy company. As the previous reviewer says they don’t pay out. It’s true they don’t! I’ve also boycotted this company. I spend £229.99 on an item. Followed all usual procedure to get cash back. I got £22 cash back, only for Argos to decline it a few days after. I Contacted TCB to see why it was declined. They said give it 8 weeks to clear. Gave it 8 weeks still nothing and it got declined again. Was too late to raise dispute. Do not buy anything from them. they refused cash back even on a £20 item in past to me. So this is second time I’ve had cash back declined from Argos on large and small purchase. I’ve just boycotted Argos I simply don’t bother buying from them anymore.

	Absolutely useless! We bought a laptop from them in early December last year, raised a missing cashback claim some time later and it is STILL showing as waiting for a reply from retailer a full FIVE MONTHS later. Not only am I extremely disappointed in Argos, as tricking customers into buying from them by offering cashback they never give is basically fraud, but I'm also VERY disappointed in Top Cashback, who are completely unbothered about continuing to list a company who frequently fail to pay up, looking at these reviews! I shall certainly completely boycott Argos in future. It's the only company we've ever had issues with on here.

	Hard work getting cash back from them I have bought several items from Argos recently and every time I have had to lodge a claim I’m seriously considering not buying anything else from Argos I’m very disappointed that I have had to chase up cash back on every purchase.

	One of the most reliable retailers I've used for cashback I regularly buy from Argos and the cashback always tracks and pays out even when I use discount codes and pay with Argos gift cards and One4All gift cards. If you're having problems with cashback tracking with retailers, make sure your browser's setting allow third party cookies (as these days they usually don't be default so you have to change the settings to allow them). Another problem I've heard about but not experienced myself is if you order for click & collect with Argos and don't pick up your order within the first few days, some people say the cashback is declined so try to avoid doing this if you can and never extend the period (if you can't pick up quickly let them refund you and order again if possible).

	Don't bother Argos seem to have given up on Topcashback. Two claims in the last year have not tracked and customer support cases do not get a result.

	Paid within 4 weeks Made the purchase. It tracked within a few hours. Payout time was listed as several months but payout actually came within 4 weeks. Very good

	Never tracks I've purchased 10 items in the last year but not one has tracked. I've given up witt them as even the claim raised was declined for no reason.

	Ridiculously long wait for payment 17 weeks until payment is not good at all. I have three outstanding purchases for TCB and I hope they will be paid out. After reading other reviews I am not confident all will be paid.

	Three legitimate claims rejected - AVOID Went via Topcashback as I would with any other retailer and had three legitimate claims rejected. Total waste of time and money, shop anywhere else via TCB first as Argos is the only place where this happens.

	Used to be good now best to avoid I went to the Argos webpage through TCB, created a new customer account and made a new customer purchase only to be told three months later that Argos took the decision to decline my claim as TCB were not identified as the last channel of my sale. There's something wrong with their tracking as I know how TCB works since I have been using TCB for many years. I'd give Argos zero stars if possible. Absolute waste of time.
