	Please ban Argos from TopCashback to avoid constant scandals Argos never pay up so don't waste your time, especially when making expensive purchases. You wait a whole year for them to respond and then they give no cashback. Always say that TopCashback was not the last referrer to their site. Of course it's complete tosh! It's no fault of TC but all down to Argos being a swindler.

	Go somewhere else Have had a number of claims knocked back from Argos over the last 12 months claiming Topcashback weren't the last referrer which is just an outright lie. My recommendation would be to buy from somewhere else.

	Refuse payment 1 year after the purchase, TCB tried everything to get Argos to honour the cashback due. This is what I received from the TCB ticket below. Argos are not to be relied on for TCB. "We’ve been in ongoing discussions with Argos about your purchase over the past 12 months. Although we challenged their decision several times, Argos has confirmed they won’t be awarding the cashback, as they don’t believe TopCashback was the last referrer for your order."

	Should be removed from Topcashback! Waited over a year for cashback to be chased up with Argos for it to be rejected. Argos are very clearly obtaining sales through topcashback without honouring the cashback offered! Many people wouldn’t have made the purchase with Argos because it would have been cheaper elsewhere without the cashback offered so they are deceiving customers! If you are considering a purchase DO NOT go through Argos on Topcashback as you will not get any cashback AT ALL along with wasting your time chasing it up!

	Don't bother Don't bother with Argos as purchase never tracks. Made numerous, large purchases on a dedicated device with all cookies and caches cleared especially. Whilst I'm sure TCB work hard with claims (which takes 12+ months), Argos always reject stating TCB wasn't the referrer - every time. TCB - see the numerous comments and remove them from your merchant list!

	Made to wait a year then didn't pay out Argos are a scam!! They have claimed that Topcashback were not the final referral for the purchase I made, yet is it a coincidence that so many others have had the same issue. Let me be clear- I was purchasing a Nintendo Switch bundle and paid MORE with Argos on the promise of cashback, which made it the best deal once the cashback was paid. Lesson kearnt- Never rely on any cashback from Argos. Boycott them altogether!!

	Refused payment Bought a dehumidifer from Argos, going straight through from Top Cash Back to Argos and completing the purchase. Complete waste of time. Won't be using TCB or Argos again.

	Will not pay out I have made many purchases through Argos over the last year and they have all been refused. Not worth using as they don’t honour the claims.

	No cashback paid I followed all the instructions and placed a substantial order with Argos, expecting cashback of almost £80. After 12 months of pursuing this, I have just received confirmation that no cashback will be paid. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I will not use again.

	should be removed i am yet another customer waiting over 12 months and being turned down. Argos should be removed from topcashback along with currys. both draw people in with decent % in sale periods i.e. black friday then say no.

	They don't honour the cashback Purchased over a year ago. No word on receiving cashback, just told they 'don’t believe TopCashback was the last referrer for your order.' Whatever that means. I purchased a product listed on the list and followed the same process as I normally do with topcashback and they aren't giving cashback. Not a reliable seller. Argos no longer a reliable brand. Avoid at all cost.

	Didn't pay cashback on higher value purchase Over a year waiting for Argos to respond to my claim with TCB. Argos rejected the claim saying they "Don’t believe TopCashback was the last referrer for your order" Which is nonsense as I went through the process in the correct way to ensure it would be logged and awarded. Won't be using Argos again if there is a suitable alternative.

	Avoid Don't bother using topcashback with Argos, made a straightforward purchase back in January 2025, submitted a claim, and sent nudges and comments throughout the whole year, heard absolutely nothing. Then in December 2025, almost a whole year after making the purchase and raising a claim, i receive a message to say it's been rejected.

	Denied claim after being open a year Actually forgot about this claim as I raised it and then nudged months ago! Was not surprised to receive a denied message today as previous 2 claims were also denied. All denials are saying I haven’t gone via Top cashback, which I had. Have never had this issue with other suppliers on this site. Based on my experience and a lot of other reviews, I’ve stopped shopping with Argos on here, they just don’t seem to want to pay out.

	Scam Waited over 1 year, and Argos have refused to give cashback as they claim they are not the “last referrer”, despite me clicking straight through and purchasing immediately. Avoid, should be taken off TCB.

	Can't rely on this retailer honouring cashback Two purchases made over a year ago have been refused by Argos despite TCB customer service chasing. Very disappointed considering it's a major retailer. Lesson - Don't let potential cashback cloud your decision to buy from Argos.

	Avoid! Had to raise a claim and waited over a year for Argos to decline it as it can't be proved that I was referred via Topcashback! Really not worth bothering with this retailer as they won't pay up. I would give zero stars if I could.
