	Denied claim after being open a year Actually forgot about this claim as I raised it and then nudged months ago! Was not surprised to receive a denied message today as previous 2 claims were also denied. All denials are saying I haven’t gone via Top cashback, which I had. Have never had this issue with other suppliers on this site. Based on my experience and a lot of other reviews, I’ve stopped shopping with Argos on here, they just don’t seem to want to pay out.

	Its always a 50/50 chance with Argos They tend to pay the ones for pennies and refuse the larger amounts.

	Scam Waited over 1 year, and Argos have refused to give cashback as they claim they are not the “last referrer”, despite me clicking straight through and purchasing immediately. Avoid, should be taken off TCB.

	Can't rely on this retailer honouring cashback Two purchases made over a year ago have been refused by Argos despite TCB customer service chasing. Very disappointed considering it's a major retailer. Lesson - Don't let potential cashback cloud your decision to buy from Argos.

	Avoid! Had to raise a claim and waited over a year for Argos to decline it as it can't be proved that I was referred via Topcashback! Really not worth bothering with this retailer as they won't pay up. I would give zero stars if I could.

	Not even 1 star Go elsewhere if you're expecting cashback. Genuine claims not honoured. This is a shame as I like Argos and sometimes they have good prices.

	Don't expect any cashback. Argos should be removed from Topcashback I have 4 open claims from Argos all nearly a year old, all unconfirmed and unpaid. If they have no intention of paying, perhaps you should remove Argos from your platform? Otherwise it's simply false advertising

	1% is no real incentive for purchasing. Always chasing cashback lately. Plus 1% is no real incentive for purchasing. It should be the same for new or existing customers across Argos, Habitat, TU & Sainsburys.

	No longer honours genuine cashback Recently November 2025, Argos has not been honouring the cashback on my purchase and declined it despite not returning the item and all cashback criteria being met. They have since done the same thing on another points earning website too. Very disappointed.

	Still waiting for a response to cashback claim after a year My original purchase didn't automatically track (which may not have been the fault of Argos) so I raised a manual claim with all the correct order details. Over a year later Argos still haven't responded. I'd normally wait to get a retailers response before leaving a review but there's no reason it should take this long.

	Unable to dispatch from warehouse Tried to buy in laptop in the sale and they did not dispatch on time. They could not provide a date when it would be delivered. Refund.

	The worst retailer on here Coming up to a year of awaiting their decision- they've tried to decline cash back TBC have advised they have no reason to so are appealing it. So much effort for minimal cash back. Does not tempt me to shop with them ever. Avoid if you can!

	Never pays I’ve been waiting nearly a year for the cashback. Absolutely zero response from Argos and didn’t track in the first place. Starting to lose interest in using top cashback as I seem to spend so much time chasing these retailers.

	Argos = no cashback All my argos purchases for cashback have been declined . I though my browser was at fault and stopped it tracking until i read the reviews ..im going to call them and find out what is going on

	Purchase, but get nothing No sign of cashback or even any tracking after purchasing via their website. Submitted a claim and still nothing... Not impressed as a first time user of Top cashback.
