	Argos in TopCashBack Death Spiral Argos' default response since late-2023 has been that TCB has "not been identified as the last channel" when making a purchase (according to TCB Customer Service, that is). But I have screenshots to disprove their assertions. I'm done with Argos. And at this rate—after almost 16 years—I'll soon be done with TCB too.

	Refused to pay last two purchases Looks like Argos have become another company who refuses to pay out cash back. Last two not tracked or paid out.

	Didn't pay cashback despite raising a genuine claim This merchant declined my cashback even though the purchase was genuine & went through properly via Topcashback. Appalling.

	Cashback not tracked The cashback never tracked. I opened a claim but Argos refused to accept TopCashback as the last click through to them and refused to pay up. I had followed all the advice and used a different browser and cleared cookies etc but they still refused to accept it even though it definitely was the last and only click through to the sale. Fed up with this happening!

	Liars If your cashback is tracked as it should be when you click through from TCB to the store then they will payout but if it doesn't track and you have to put in a claim they refuse to honour it. This is a total scam. I am owed almost £10 in cashback which they are refusing. I have spent over £1000 with Argos only for them to rip me off on a small bit of cashback!

	Waste of time but Topcashback were honourable Argos refused cashback, claiming that it was an invalid transaction. I bought a TV from Argos through Topcashback, I have the receipt, transaction date and time, order number, everything...so what was invalid? Waste of time and disingenuous. However, Topcashback have paid me as a gesture of goodwill. Well done, Topcashback!

	Cashback Declined I should no better, keep coming back to them. At least they dont keep you hanging for months but my experience is they don't honour cashbacks and dont respond to missed claims.

	didn't pay out Both my 2 recent Argos purchases failed to track, and failed to pay out on appeal. Disappointing. Have to assume future orders won't pay Cashback via TCB.
