	Watch out for ARGOS dodging the payout I bought a smart telly in January. I should have had £12 back. I got £4 and it took months to get the full amount. I had to provide the catalogue number but the way they worded this took me a while to work it out. I had to go back to my local shop and ask what it was they were asking for. It was eventually paid. I don't know why they offer the cash back then play up like this. I provided lines of details from their site yet they would not accept it, only the catalogue number. Not impressed, watch them they are sneaky

	declined Cashback Was declined cashback,was informed that they have no record. Did it by the book. so not very happy. starting to lose faith in topcashback as this is the second time with a different provider that I have been declined cashback. Starting to think it is just not worth it and if I had shopped around I would have got a cheaper price elsewhere .

	Pathetic and as usual no cashback When this works with Argos it is fine, but 'when' is the optimum word. Cashback rarely tracks and then even after submitting a claim, Argos just state that the order wasn't placed via TCB and with no capability to prove them wrong, you have no option but to just close the claim and suck it up. If you are using this in the hope of getting a few extra quid back, don't bother....you won't!

	Terrible After not tracking and raising a claim, my claim has been closed; just like that, no explanation, no cashback, no nothing. Like the majority of reviewers I think Argos should be removed from the TopCashback site. They don't even deserve one star and they will certainly not get my custom again.

	Drop Argos from TopCashback site Refused to pay cash back as they "didn’t recognise TopCashback as the reason the purchase was made." What a load of nonsense. Will avoid in future.

	Always tracks from desktop Argos never tracks any other way, than via a desktop. I've tried iPhone and iPad and Argos always say that the original visit to the website was not through TopCashback. On my most recent purchase, I used my iPad and hadn't visited Argos.co.uk on it for well over a week - it still didn't track and the ticket was updated to advise the original visit wasn't via here - which was literally impossible and ended up being declined. USE A LAPTOP OR PC FOR PURCHASES AND IT WILL TRACK!

	Argos doesn’t honour cashback Two recent purchases with Argos, both declined by Argos due to Top Cashback ‘not being been seen as the reason this order was placed’. Cash back value wasn’t high, thankfully, but that’s not the point. It’s strange that so many reviews for Argos are like this - we can’t all be doing something wrong surely!

	Complete Scammers Refused to pay cash back as say they didn’t recognise TopCashback as the reason the purchase was made. I only clicked once through TopCashback so this is a lie. AVOID - £80 in cashback lost!

	Scam They never pay out.... I try and avoid argos now anyway.... but don't include cashback when calculating where best to buy something from... they do not pay.

	Scammers Read all the other 1 star reviews they're all correct. Bought some ladders worth £90 with £4.50 expected cash back and they didn't pay out. Put in a claim and they came back saying "we don't recognise TopCashback as the reason you made a purchase". Stupid reason that doesn't mean anything. Avoid Argos if it’s only the cash back that makes it worthwhile as they can't be trusted to pay out. I think TopCashback should consider removing them as they take business away from other retailers that pay out honestly with their false promises of high cash back amounts.

	Shop somewhere else Decided to buy expensive item from Argos versus other retailers due to high cashback. Purchase didn't track and after months of waiting Argos refused to pay as "Topcashback haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed". I followed all rules to make sure the purchase would track. Looking at other reviews I'm not alone. Argos lure you to buy from them and refuse to pay advertised cashback. This is false advertising and should be removed from Topcashback.

	Avoid cashback refused Only giving 1 star because I can't give 0. Like all the many others on here cashback didn't track and claim refused by argos. Message saying we have now received a final response for your claim and been informed that we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed. This means we have been unable to obtain any money back on your behalf. I clicked through as needed to do my click showed in my tcb history when putting the claim in. Why argos are still allowed to be on here is unbelievable when they are refusing peoples genuine cashback claims is beyond me. If they aren't going to pay out then this is false advertising to entice customers to shop with them to get cashback that doesn't happen.
