Not satisfactory
Bought two items , one in 2024 which I received cash back on, the other purchase was in 2025 which was refused because the amount due was the same as was paid in 2024, so in their eyes I had already been paid!

Cashback declined for no reason
Cashback declined by the retailer, for no reason. They also phone you after ordering to try hard-selling extras to you, such as warranties and collection of old appliances. I wouldn't buy from Appliances Direct again.

Placed order, had a month of delivery dates being put back despite them saying item was in stock, clearly selling items they don’t have in stock. As it’s an old model I don’t imagine I will ever receive it
