I am so disappointed by the service here. I was informed of a late delivery, was promised the item would be in stock the folling day and then heard nothing for 2 weeks. Their customer service team also emailed me another customers confidential information and would not confirm that my details were secure. I then decided to cancel my order after waiting for the product for a month and the customer service team were rude, abrupt and hung up on me! Not recommended!

Excellent service - order acknowledged and delivery confirmed by e-mail and text. Delivery when stated and advised in advance. Product excellent and no problems to date.
Cash back - had to submit claim because it did not appear automatically but all resolved within 2-3 weeks.

finaly got all appliances but 2 out of 3 were not what i chose and had to be re selected twice and delivery dates changed because goods were not available after they had confirmed they did have items but, i must also say they gave good discounts on re selected items as they were more expensive so apart from inconvenience i was happy in the end

excellent experience.
i have never bought white goods on line before and have heard of many problems re. deliveries, so was rather anxious.
all went perfectly. delivery date given immediately, phoned and given choice of time slot, item arrived on day, on time, delivery men did everything without being asked, ie took washing machine upstairs, unwrapped, checked with me for damage, took away packing, all with the utmost courtesy. so smooth i couldn't believe it had happened.
