	I was a little concerned at using this merchant having read some of the negative comments. HOWEVER, they offered the best deal by far, my cashback tracked quickly and was confirmed and paid within 2 months. The phone that I ordered wasn't despatched next day, but I got it within 3 or 4 days.

	I am extremely impressed with TopCashBack, since I aqm quite accostomed to sites that say one thing, but deliver something not near as good. I must say that TopCashBack 'does what it says on the tin'!! Thumbs up TopCashBack!!!

	Never got the phone I ordered. It was out of sotck, but they don't tell you that when ordering, or indeed after ordering. Only when you chase to see why phone not arrived! On the plus side they did cancel the order without fuss and the cashback did track very quickly. I went to another company and had my phone the next day. If considering using I would suggest you phone them and check stock first.

	A word of warning - the '3' free sim card offer is no longer available. After using google, the site doesn't stock 3 sims anymore. But ordered 'c' sim card.

	Pretty much immediate tracking of my cashback (£60), so no complaints there. I'm not overly convinced about the quality of this retailer though. The 'new' phone I received has clearly already been opened, as the seal has been broken and rather shoddily re-sealed using sellotape. However, more disappointing is the fact that the 'free gift' you receive when taking up a new contract is not delivered immediately. Oh no, you have to request this via a claim form, including proof of payment of your first bill. This involves a wait of at least 4-6weeks from making the initial purchase. So be warned... if you're intending to use the present for a birthday or Xmas gift, make sure you allow yourself plenty of time! When I wrote to customer services on both the issues above, I received no response.

	Declined cashback - .... just because according to the TopCashback response. Took 1 year and 6 months to get that response. Only use Affordable Mobiles for the cheapest deal possible and uncheck all the extras (cons) such as free gadget helpline.

	Avoid this company unless you want to continue chasing cashback vouchers from them, everytime you ring them, they buff you off with excuses saying computer sustem is down, takes months to get payouts, we have been waiting for 5 months for a cashback payout, still not received, takes forever to get through on phone.

	Pre-ordered a Blue Samsung Galaxy 3. All retailers had stock issues, but the delay with Affordable Mobiles was greater than others.... however, it was a good deal so was prepared to be patient. Heard that the company had been taken over (late June). Phone was then delivered earlier than their quoted delivery date, so good performance from the new owners (A1 Communications aka buymobilephones.net). However, a few days later I check TCB and found my cashback had moved from pending to payable.... but at £0, ie declined. I can see no reason for this other than the new owners not wanting to honour it any more. It certainly was nothing done on my behalf and tracking went perfectly. Have submitted a claim, will post back if decision is reversed. I doubt it though, so beware!

	prior to my earlier comment I just thought I would give an update....tv finally arrived on Tuesday but not until a few number of emails threatening legal action and numerous phone calls but still no cashback.

	order placed 29th feb, tracked quickly but after that stale mate, was promised tv within 28 days contacted there customer service twice only received reply once was promised tv delivery week commencing 28th May and gues what still not here!!! Cashback was due 30th April and surprise surprise still not cleared!! Be careful!!!

	Ordered a new phone contract in April/May when cashback was at £75. Tracked and confirmed very quickly but still waiting on it to be made payable. It has been over a month now since payment was meant to be made and i am still waiting. Have submitted enquiry to tcb, fingers crossed!
