	Declined for no proper reason. Have raised Customer ticket to get it reveresed. Poor company - Use one of the others instead! they all have same contracts and at least pay out. Will never use again

	8 1/2 months still out on query - requested top cash back invoke fair play policy they refused to do so as it would be unfair to other customers - this suggests there are issues with this merchant, i would avoid in the future and use a different company on this basis alone

	Do not use this company. Will drag out your cashback claim for weeks and then say you've been paid it when they've actually cancelled it.

	It's now around 100 days and hasn't validated for payment yet, very poor and alot at stake £40, it's definitely tracked and still awaiting. Not happy!

	2nd time i have used this merchant, and 2nd time refused. 1st time claims someone else got the cashback. same again this time around.... impossible retailer and should be removed from this site. i used a brand new pc andafter all updates logged into top cashback on a clean unused browser and yet again no cashback. Cashback does not get paid from this retailer, ddo not factor cashback into any contract. scammed me twice, and still on this site.

	Refused to honour claim, stating this was via another merchant which is untrue. Topcashback not willing to fight on your behalf, more interested in looking after the retailer than you as a customer. Be very careful when ordering via this company and link.

	Declined cash back. Had to collect phone from depot 40 miles from home because they wouldn't leave it with a neighbour or deliver it to work. Battery in handset was 11 months old

	Went directly through Top Cash back for my cash back and told that it has been declined. First time I have used this company and it will definitely the last. Do not expect to be paid your genuine cash back claim. Read the poor reviews for this company. Please avoid this company and buy elsewhere. Untrustworthy company, wriggling out of its obligation. Top cash back should kick them off the site!

	I checked reviews of this website prior to purchasing my phone contract in Sept 2013. Clearly this is a recent decline (2014) in systems and customer service. I sent my first redemption claim in Feb 2014, I was told the money would be in my account mid April 2014. This did not happen, positively they responded to my email regarding this and told me the money would be in my account mid May 2014. Needless to say the date came and went and now they can't even be bothered to respond to my emails. Do not get a phone contract through this company, they are clearly in trouble and none of us are going to get what we have been promised. I would love to know if there is a way of cancelling my contract and forcing affordable mobiles to have to pay back their reward to O2 for luring me in under false pretences!!! This is not an ethical or acceptable way to treat people, if you can't do this properly then stop fraudulently selling phone contracts!!!

	Stay well clear of these jokers , no service , sub stanard products it took 5 months for them to do anything about a phone they sold me which the battery just died and wouldnt charge. Eventually they offered me a replacement and asked me to send the phone , which I did and was glad they were finally trying to resolve. I then recieved an email to say there was a tiny crack on the phone therefore they would not replace, when its clearly a factory fault with the phone. This was 3 weeks ago. Nearly six months to be fobbed off and they still have my phone which im paying a mothly contract for. Can't even be bothered to send it back. Buy from a real retailer is my advice.

	AVOID ....waited eight months for cashback for them not to pay it out. I had all the correct reference numbers and processed the order correctly...Top Cashback do nothing to get you your cash either ...A.V.O.I.D.
