I found this a very easy transaction. Still new to this site and all my payments are pending still so I haven't used the customer service team as yet as there has been no reason to. Positive experience so far as I have gained cash back for items I would have bought direct from the retailer any way.

Cashback tracked quickly and order placed Weds night, e-mail rec'd next night to say they had been dispatched and goods arrived on Sunday. I'm very pleased and would use again.

While I am usually very satisfied with the quality and the service provided by both Accessorize and TopCashback - and I must say that most of the purchases I make on-line are driven by the possible cashback - I am very disappointed to say that for the purchase I made back in January this year (2013) from Accessorize the cashback is still standing at the "Confirmed" but not "Payable" status, and that's at nearly double (32 weeks) the average pay-out estimate which is supposedly 18 weeks. And that's not even for a great amount as it's just under £2... (and "every little counts") Not very good job by TopCashback on this one I'm afraid.

Cashback has finally become payable - transaction was made on the 29th Dec 2010, confirmed almost straight away and has just been sat in the confirmed box for the last 12 months!!
Don't think I'll bother next time!!
