	Fantastic! The prices at zooplus are amazingly good even before a cashback is added. With 8 cats in the house this is an essential consideration. Delivery is always within a few days (and for goods over £19 free), a quick hunt around online for extras such as 5% or 10% off as well as the cashback and you easily get at least 9% off your order when its all in, and when I am spending £110 every 6 weeks this soon mounts up. Worth joining their zooplus points system too, the points soon mount up to some great freebies :) . There simply isn't anything negative to say.

	The only drawback with this retailer has been that they are regularly out of stock - Orijen dry dog food (Adult.) They offer an email alert, but then it takes a few days before their site accepts orders.

	Avoid this company! I have not received cashback on either of my 2 orders with Zooplus and have had open enquiries for months. The second order was not delivered even though I paid by bank transfer immediately. When I called up to complain a month later they said they had cancelled my order without informing me and I had to point out that they had kept my money! I eventually received my goods over a month late.

	I've been buying from Zooplus for some years now and have never had a problem with neither tracking nor payment. One of few retailers who stock a selection of organic dog and cat foods. Free delivery once you spend just £19. Packaging can be rather inadequate at times, but over all a very good retailer.

	poor product, items not even similar to photograph on web site. no cash back despite spending over £50 as seller cannot verify sale was through top cash back. other sites have been fine but this one a problem! avoid!!

	Really like Zooplus, their prices are good, delivery prompt and customer service efficient. However, in terms of cashback... don't get your hopes up. Neither of my two orders this year have tracked nor been paid. It won't stop me using this retailer, but disappointing that I'm not getting cashback.
