	There's no doubting zooplus are a very good site, but be wary re cashback. I wanted to add an item to my order so e-maled them rather than put in a 2nd order & pay more p&p. THEY then cancelled my original order & created another to include the extra item, but then refused cashback saying the order had been cancelled doh I didn't expect cb on the extra item but seems if they can get out of paying any cb, they will. TCB did offer to pay half, which was a nice gesture, but I don't expect them to pay for zooplus's deviousness !

	Wasn't tracked, was refused when I made a claim. I know I followed the right procedure. Plenty of other petshops out there so zooplus its your loss.

	Zooplus declined cashback after I had to submit a missing cashback claim, the reason given was 'Transaction cannot be traced'. Apparently they cannot prove my purchase was the result of a Top CashBack referral! Very good way to lose loyal customers Zooplus, keep up the terrible work - never again.

	What can I say this retailer has very good prices on all products, cashback is good too. Having animals is an expensive business however using this merchant does save money and delivery is free if you spend over £19 also you get points which you save until you have enough to get a small or large treat for your pet. Breeders can also benefit as they do give a good discount for bulk buys, regular offers as well.

	Zooplus screwed up payment on order and cancelled it, then created a new order with the same items. As they cancelled the original linked to Topcashback, it then tracked as £0.00. Submitted a claim back in Jan (order was way back in December 2011) with all the original and new order details but they have failed to pay up. Have stopped using Zooplus and use PetSuperMarket instead who provide a much better service and have no problems with cashback payments.

	excellent range of pet food that is considerably cheaper than buying from high street shops. and they have their own reward scheme that allows you to collect points that you can use to to get free items. they also have codes you can use to reduce your bill by 5% and you can pay a very small amount to reduce your yearly bill still further which is worthwhile if you buy regularly from them. highly recommended!

	I have to say my experience with Zooplus has been awful. Two weeks to receive my dog food- I ran out because no retailer locally stocked same. Customer service indifferent to the problem and they didn't pay cashback! I'll NEVER use them again! You have been warned!! A truly bad experience

	I have been buying pet food from zooplus for several years. The service is excellent, the prices are good so I was pleased to be able to get cash back too. Zooplus have their own rewards program with some good stuff available and also give an extra 5%discount when you spend over £75. I have saved a considerable amount of money buying in bulk from them.

	I am very happy with the good range of quality items I have bought so far from Zooplus. I am espeially happy with the Oko cat litter which my cats love and is the best cat litter I have ever tried and very good value for money. I was very impressed with the speed my last order came which was made around christmas.
