Got cashback no problem. Website not to di for - bit slow. Should have got email to say goods despatched but received nothing. On supposed day of delivery sent email asking if would be delivered as did not want to stay in another day. Goods delivered before email reply. Email reply said goods would be delivered by 6 and I had not got an email as they had a problem and could not do this but they were aware they couldn't. If they were aware why didn't they just send manual email?

Was OK but delivery was late kept me waiting a whole day off work without pay for nothing and then delivered something slightly damaged! Cashback was promt though.

We bought fastfix 15 laminate for the bedroom (walnut) it was delivered quickly to my workplace, i laid the lot in 1 night and an afternoon 24 sqm very easy and i have to say it looks great going to do another room with the same stuff. oh and i get £16 cashback fantastic!!!
