Well established and unique Organisation but terrible for Cashback . Needed loads of prompts and nudges which was NOT the fault of the amazing TCB but firmly and squarely with Which? .

Took a trial sub 3 weeks ago. 'Which?' took their DD payment of a quid last Tuesday but cashback still not at Confirmed yet. Is that because I cancelled the subscription? Either way it's disappointing, especially as it's 'Which?'.

As with most people, mine tracked very quickly and was all processing until after 90 days the amount went from £4 to £0. I had done everything in accordance with the rules. Luckily I noticed before the 100 days was up and got a support ticket. Topcashback were very prompt in their response and eventually Which reprocessed it. After another couple of months it became payable! Just keep an eye on it and eventually you will get the cashback promised.

Just realised which have not honoured cashback. Tracked for months at £4 then £0 - I've not even cancelled dd as a couple of issues i require for info on products. The magazine isn't worth £9.75 and i will be cancelling dd soon. Just read other negative comments and unfortunately i agree with them. Didn't expect this from which and if i dont receive cashback i will contact Which directly for my cash - what irony!!

I took up the offer of a free trial with £4 cashback. The £4 tracked until after I cancelled the subscription at the end of the free trial. The cashback was then removed. The offer did not state the cashback payment was dependent on continuing with the subscription after the free trial. Ironic considering Which? are supposed to be champions of the consumer.

Transaction did not track so I claimed. Which? took two months to respond (can't fault TCB's efforts). Even after all that the transaction is still at pending, never before has cashback not appeared as confirmed after a claim. Wonder if I will ever get my money.
Heed the poor reviews and avoid!!

Beware! I really enjoyed having full access to the reviews from Which?, but after seeing how little I actually used it, I decided that £9 a month was far too expensive and requested that my account be cancelled at the end of the trial, before the first full payment. I cancelled in advance, as they directed, but this apparently voids my claim for cash back! This was NOT made apparent when I signed up, so I am extremely disappointed. Why should only those that continue on to a full subscription be rewarded?

You need to make it clear that if you cancel the subscription AFTER the 3 month trial period the cash back is declined. Don't think you are getting a free lunch here.

Tried with multiple credit cards , gets through to the end and could not take payment.
Then suggests to call the Which team, which obviously will not track my cashback

Followed the terms and conditions of the Trial, only to find that cashback was later declined. Total waste of time and money in buying the trial, I am surprised by by is a trusted name who cant be trusted given a customer has followed the terms and conditions of the trial.
