The cashback tracked very quickly but the wait for the payment is eternal. It's a very slow payment date to start with and it's now a month late and still now payment received so don;t hold your breath for this lot

I love Waterstones. I always have. I use TCB for buying books for me and as gifts for others. Although TCB says it pays on ebooks, it doesn't seem to track, I don't know if that is TCB thing or a Waterstones thing - either way, it would be even better if they did pay for ebooks as I usually buy these now.
