however, had to call after a fortnight and no communication from them to find out where my order was. 1 book was in stock so was then sent out but arrived too late for the birthday it was intended as a present for.
After waiting for a month (again with no communication from waterstones) i phoned to see where the remaining 4 books of my order were, only to be told that 2 were out of stock and indeed that the publisher might not even be reprinting the other 2 again. Service was not good, I was told i could either carry on waiting "and see what happened" or cancel and go buy them from a waterstones store. So instead i cancelled and bought from amazon where all books were in stock, cheaper even without cash back and arrived in less than a week. This was my second order from waterstones and i had problems with the first order as well. I won't be rushing back.

The books I purchased were by far the cheapest through Waterstones, add on 8% cashback and the transaction is even sweeter. Service is simple, quick and reliable - as you would expect. Will be using you again in future.
