Poor service.
Book was in stock online but had to wait 8 weeks for delivery meaning it missed christmas.
Add to that the cashback went to zero when it went payable, id not use these again.

I was not pleased to find that the book I ordered, tho' shown as in stock at the time of ordering and in a subsequent check, was not in fact in stock and had to be ordered. I eventually cancelled the order, and had to re-order from Amazon whose web site means in stock when it says that. I won't order from Waterstones again unless their price is considerably lower than other suppliers and I don't need the items for several weeks.

The site tracked quickly (less than 24 hours). also currently has free delivery on all orders, and the cook book i ordered was cheaper than on Amazon. I have also been informed that it was sent out the same day i placed the order so hoping delivery will also be quick.
so far so good.
