	Poor and doesn’t pay out Cashback tracked and was then denied. I raised an issue and they are trying to say it didn’t register at Very that I came via TopCashback and refused claim. Poor and getting fed up with merchants not paying out now

	Do not use I placed an order in July and it did not track, as with many others. I raised a ticket and I have just found out that my claim has been refused. My actual purchase and order from Very was great but this claim took from July to December. 5 months! Utterly unacceptable. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Topcashback has so many unreliable merchants now, it's not the deal it used to be.

	Watch out for VAT scam Cashback comes from price excluding vat (small print) so was made to think i was getting 6.8% cashback on purchase over £400 (should have been £30 but ended up with the lower % (3.4%) from vat free price which meant ended up with just over 8 quid. Could have got it more than 8 quid cheaper elsewhere.

	Can't be trusted I specifically made a large purchase through TopCashback with Very. It was my first purchase from Very so I had to setup a new account with them and the transaction appeared in TopCashback but it was declined by the merchant. So I raised a claim against them, after a long time the claim just vanished from my account and so has the transaction. Needless to say they did not pay - they can't be trusted.

	100% cashback decline rate Have tried using top cashback with very 3x. On every occasion, 'cashback declined by retialer'. Don't know why. Worst retail experience so far via Top Cashback

	Tracks Easily A site I regularly shop from & love to get some cashback for my purchases, they have a wide variety of goods to choose from & reasonably priced. Quite low the % on offer for return customers, but its better than nothing I guess. I use chrome browser & accept cookies to make sure it tracks smoothly.

	Super impressed! After reading the reviews, I was expecting to have issues with cashback, but I placed my first order with Very on June 28th & cashback was payable the very next day on June 29th! Super fast transaction. No issues for me!

	FIXED. Let me guess, your cashback over £10 was rejected too? Don't bother, save yourself a the pain of rejection and don't use them. Seriously, if yours was for a Apple product make your voice known. This is too dodgy now.

	Payout declined for no reason Bought Apple Mac Pro and waited for £101 cashback...just to find it declined for no reason. No discount code was used and all of Very's conditions fulfilled. Reading through the reviews I am not the only one that has higher cashback declined. Disappointed,

	Cash back lie Still waiting for cash back. From 2 insurance buys. Says it’ll be 14 days, a month later and nothing. But I can wait up to 60 days. Before making a late claim not being paid. Yeah, so by then you forget. Or you can fill in the form. Proof of ya purchase. No bother, but why should I have to do all this Everytime I buy something through this site. My bank does cash back on certain things. And I get my cash back reward in less than a week. Rubbish!!

	Terrible and Liars Explain to me how they can't confirm I went through top cash back when my account shows the tracked amount etc. If not top cash back then who? Some of the retailers are shady as hell on here.
