	Rubbish When I purchased my SIM card cash back was due in 8 weeks, Didn’t get paid and they had changed to 3 months this, then they changed it to 6 months and still not paid, very dishonest company don’t bother with them unless they are the very best price and you aren’t bothered about the cashback.

	Like extracting hens' teeth Purchase made August 2025, Uswitch declined cashback for unknown reason, raised a case with customer services, cashback eventually paid following April 2026

	Slow payout, avoid... I have purchased SIMs from them twice, and on both occasions they were untracked, which forced me to create a support ticket. Each time, it took almost a full year to receive my refund. It’s an unacceptable waste of time.

	Didn't track instantly but then came through quickly Switched our energy using TopCashBack and Uswitch. Got a good deal on my energy and then the £46 cashback made the whole deal even better. Thank you!

	Waste of time, Cashback estimate was 8 weeks when I first purchased from them, contacted customer service who said it is actually 12 weeks minimum from start of contract, this was not mentioned anywhere, now Uswitch state it will be 26 weeks before it is paid, 6 months is a ridiculous amount of time to give cashback, complete con artists and topcashback shouldn’t allow them to get away with it.

	Still waiting... Been waiting for 7 months for cashback to change from pending, TopCashback customer service just keep saying the usual unhelpful message about how cashback is taking a little longer than expected.

	Still waiting on uSwitch cashback So I had my contract phone through uSwitch in July 2025, still have the contract, but still not had cashback payment completed. The slowest 12 weeks payment ever. Not very good at all.

	Not Honouring Sim Only Cashback Bought Sim Only deal but TopCashback say they declined it... The deals are cheap on the Uswitch website so I have no issues with the merchant but not worth using through Topcashback if they don't honour it.

	USwitch My cash back hasn't tracked, logged it 9 months ago and have nudged every month, no response. Don't rely on the cash back as their can't even respond. I won't use uswitch again.
