Long Wait
Long wait for cashback.
Used the site twice for 2 separate phone contracts. In the small print it says you can only use it once. Bit of a shame.
Also Payout was lower than expected

Waited over 6 months for payout
The payout kept getting delayed, after 6 months of waiting, topcashback honoured the deal as Uswitch were still not in a position to settle the claim.

So slow, no idea if cashback will come
Correctly tracked. Says ‘estimated payable’ is 8 weeks. 5 months later status is unmoved as ‘Pending’. TCB say they can’t do anything because it’s still ‘Pending’. Won’t use uSwitch again from TCB, no point really.
