Very Slow and Sometimes Non Payer
I have used twice in the last 8 months. One has been declined - no idea why and the other one is still pending since December last year. It really isn't worth the hassle!

Cashback didn't track - Too much hassle.
Submitted a missing claim, which they refuse to acknowledge. Even though I have proof of purchase for the Sim-only plan from their website (uswitch).

Slow on cashback! Ridiculous
Had to chase TopCashback on this to find out. It took like 3 months to confirm the cashback & then found out it will take another 23 weeks to make it payable. Ridiculously slow as it’s almost like uswitch do not wanna pay the cashback! Avoid!

I tried twice to purchase a Lebara sim with decent cashback offered £9+ - bank transaction would not go through! Disappointing!

Been waiting 5 months, contacted TCB twice now and still hasn't tracked. Just keep being told to wait. It is so annoying that this isn't explained in the T @ C's and reviews should be more visible.
