	Waited over 6 months for payout The payout kept getting delayed, after 6 months of waiting, topcashback honoured the deal as Uswitch were still not in a position to settle the claim.

	So slow, no idea if cashback will come Correctly tracked. Says ‘estimated payable’ is 8 weeks. 5 months later status is unmoved as ‘Pending’. TCB say they can’t do anything because it’s still ‘Pending’. Won’t use uSwitch again from TCB, no point really.

	Cashback still on hold Terrible 4 months and I still have not received my £10.20 cashback, it says that it is on hold and when you click to go to that page you get an error message. Waste of time.

	Slow with no sign this will be paid out Keep getting told this has been put on hold, but it never moves to payable. Reading the other reviews i suspect this is false advertisement and I have suggested to TCB that they remove this retailer as 6+ months, wait for something you have 14 days to cancel is just silly.

	Avoid Uswitch I’ve waited over 18 weeks plus 7 on top to get cash back from them and topcashback has confirmed it but still nothing, just don’t bother with USwitch cashback through them topcashback.

	Avoid uswitch They generally do not pay cashback, says should be within 12 weeks, but mine and many others seem to not go to payable. Use alternate suppliers or comparison sites.

	Confirmed months ago! Expected payment date has passed many weeks ago, but still stuck at confirmed! The average payment speeds needs adjusting, unless it's their to mislead. I've virtually given up on cashback sites now! Good luck to all caught up with this merchant.

	Waiting over a year for my cashback to be declined I waited over a year after purchasing a mobile. I was told to keep waiting for them to process the cashback, and it was declined with no explanation. Terrible service

	not so good Uswitch have 2 policy one for ex customer and one for new customer. both of then getting different cashback. it is taking too long to get case back I would give 3 star.

	Avoid!!!! I'm so disappointed. I followed all the rules and cashback was declined over 4 months later. TCB should ditch the companies that do this as it's giving them a bad name too!

	6 months & still waiting We took out took contracts both tracked at £11 within days with a 12 week expected payout. We are now at the 6 month mark with the status as confirmed, I expect this will not payout. Increasingly with Top Cashback we are finding small amounts under £5 will pay out but never receive payouts over this amount. I am starting to think this website is becoming a con.
