Wouldn’t payout despite spending over£4,500 on a holiday Even though it tracked my visit and I booked the holiday within 10 minutes. Not very happy with Tui at all.

Do not expect cashback from Tui - After spending over £1800 on my holiday with Tui last year, I am still waiting for the advertised amount of cashback to be paid 11 months later (After 4 months of emailing TopCashback, Tui are trying to pay 1% rather than the advertised 2.5% at the time of booking)

Using Topcashback is so simple, find the retailer via topcashback shop as normal. Why would you not want to get cash back on a purchase you were going to make anyway, even if you already shop with that retailer !

Usually pays cashback ok but this time had an offer of 4% cashback but so far only showing lower amount in my account. Have put in claim for correct amount, still waiting.

I booked with TUI back in December 2018 and they still haven't paid the cashback. Very disappointed especially since others seem to have been paid. I have used the topcashback customer service but TUI have never responded. Bad experience. I would give them no stars if I could!
