	Avoid! Booked a family holiday, cashback didn’t track so had to claim. Tui then declined saying we had “cancelled /amended or they had refunded” none of this was true. Holiday was paid in full with no complications. Lesson learned! First and definitely the last time using them. Tui are absolute liars. Avoid.

	No casback received. Bought a holiday via provided link. Tui declain casback: We have now received a final response for your claim and been informed that we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed. This means we have been unable to obtain any money back on your behalf.

	Refuse to honour the cash back We purchased a package holiday through TUI and I have screen grabs proving we clicked through the top cash back site. Tui still declined the cashback. I would have purchased the holiday through another company as TUI’s price was only competitive when the cashback offer was taken into account.

	An embarrassment to Topcashback Elected not to track it making claims that cookies on their own site must not have been enabled. I made a Topcashback claim and was informed of the same reasons and told I sign up to this as a member of Topcashback. I guess that's inevitable when spending twenty thousand pounds through the site on a family holiday which coincidentally never tracked

	Repeated cashback failures with TUI I've had 3-4 transactions for medium to large family holidays not payout any cashback over about a 5 year period. I don't bother to use the TCB link for them any more. I found it better to book the holiday via phone, as for a discount and they make the full payment.

	Robbed of 100s of pounds There should be an option of voting zero stars. I booked a holiday through topcashback at TUI as there was an incentive of 10% cashback. I diligently wanted and followed the procedure to claim the cashback but have been told the claim is unsuccessful. Both topcashback and TUI make me sick

	Non payment Did everything required, but 5 months after return from holiday to Sorrento still no cashback from Tui, and they're not responding to Topcashbacks's enquiry. Holiday was OK, but flight back was chaotic and badly handled by their ground staff.

	Thailand Phuket Flew to Phuket with Tui when no one else had direct flights. Wonderful flight, very comfortable and generous with the onflight drinks! Excellent cabin crew. Please Tui, put on more direct flights to Phuket, to Greece to the rest of Thailand. You are there for travellers when there are no other flights. Samos would be great!

	Spent over £1k holiday - declined claim - no reason Not sure there is much more to say other than raised claim via TC, went to retailer, retailer said no, no reason why and that was that. Cannot find out why declined so would suggest using other travel retailers and not TUI - more than ZeroE

	Not tracking Never tracking, despite you do everything right. Can’t remember if ever received cashback without claim. Claims takes ages, then cashback pending ages to confirm, long waiting till payable. Overall really bad experience . No explanation if your claim fails.

	Cashback declined Booked a holiday via Topcashback in one session, but it never tracked. Submitted a ticket and eventually told Topcashback couldn't be verified as the final referral to Tui, despite only going through the link. Apparently Impact Radius deal with Tui cashback claims and somehow deemed my purchase to not have come via Topcashback, with nothing anyone can do to prove otherwise - incredibly disappointing

	Waiting for cashback for ages after 2 Holidays. Had a holiday in September which my Husband is still waiting for his cashback & another holiday in Nov/Dec which I'm waiting for cashback (although mine is through a work scheme similar to TopCashBack) Pretty ridiculous to be waiting weeks/months after you're back from the holiday as they've quite obviously had your money. Looks like it's a regular occurrence for this company & if that's how they treat people I'm certainly going to think twice before I book another holiday with them.

	Holiday come and gone and still no payment Booked holiday with Tui back in August for a November trip. Had a lovely holiday which is now a distant memory but still waiting for payment of cashback. Originally given a timeline of 18 weeks then this was changed to 30 weeks in November.

	Very poor as TUi doesn't track cashbacks I've never had issues with other retailers but with TUi, last 2 transactions have not been tracked. I've raised claims but I have a feeling that it will get declined as it happened before. It could be a scam where Topcashback is pushing more transactions for TUi but they are intentionally declining claims or not tracking transactions. I am in IT and knows how sessions works and tracked but TUi doesn't seem to work for me.
