Never pay
TUI never pay, claiming each time that Top Cashback were not see as the last referrer. No evidence is ever supplied and I know damn well TCB was.
I will continue to make purchased through TCB in the future hopes that TUI will honor it, but rather hope that TCB drop TUI altogether ...

Very Slow
I am still waiting for cashback after making a purchase in January. It said payable in 12 weeks, but i'm still waiting. Even the whole holiday has been paid in full now.

Cashback wont payout *AVOID*
Went direct through TUI to get the cashback instead of using holidayhypermarket (Would of saved £45 going through them). Now "informed that we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed", how convenient right :)?.

Positive Experience
I’ve booked with Tui for years (but this is the first time getting cashback as I got TopCashback just after we’d already booked last year). The transaction tracked straight away, it was originally declined after tracking but then reinstated quickly after as it was a problem with all transactions on that day- as expected had to wait for the holiday to be completed for the transaction to progress to confirmed.
Within 2 weeks of being home from the holiday it has been confirmed and awaiting it to move to payable. I was initially worried after reading the reviews for this retailer (although it wasn’t a big thing as I would of still been booking with Tui) but had a positive experience and would book again.

Liars who won't pay
Booked a £12k holiday and they weaseled out of paying £120 cashback saying TCB were not the last click despise proof they were. They will just stonewall and not pay.
Will never use TUI again out of principle.

Missing cashback claim declined due to TCB not being the last referrer. Hard to believe considering I cleared my cookies before clicking through. Looks like TUI has taken over the referral network just like they've done in the packaged holiday space!! Even more power to screw customers for every penny they can. Never again going with TUI.

Still waiting...
Booked a holiday in January 2023 for July 2024.
Paid balance in full in April 2024, went on holiday and now, 6 weeks after holiday am still waiting for cashback.
You'd expect payment not too long after settling balance given it'd be too late to cancel/get refund at that point.

Cashback declined
Tui advertised a 4% cashback on my £2,200 holiday. I used the Top Cashback link but Tui declined to pay after appeal. Very poor. Holiday now completed and they still won't pay..seems like I'm not the only person looking at the reviews.
