they declined my cashback payment for no reason - I had made a non-refundable booking and did stay at the accommodation booked. Trying to raise a dispute but no response.

Declined my claim for no reason. I paid in advance and stayed at the accommodation booked, so there was no reason to decline the cashback. Currently waiting for a claim to be processed

Booked this in March 2019 and stayed at the travelodge in October 2019. I still haven’t received cash back and it is now March 2020 a year after booking. I have messaged support numerous times and I just get told to wait. How long do I have to keep waiting for? It’s been a year since I booked and 5 months since I stayed there. I’d understand if I was querying the money after a couple of weeks but this is taking way too long.
