Kew Bridge Travelodge is staffed by people to whom the phrase Customer service has yet to be translated into an earth originating language. Also " Where is the food I ordered an hour ago" "Excuse me could I have some bedding" and my personal favorite " Please explain why I can't get a refund for stuff I havn't recieved" Top tip stay away from this joke of a hotel

While my transaction tracked very quickly my cashback showed at zero and never changed.
The hotel was everything you'd expect from a budget hotel, no complaints there.

Love Travelodge - you always know what you're getting and more often than not will pay less than £50 for a room pretty much anywhere. If you get one on a sale you're laughing.
The cashback percentage won't set the world alight but I just got 50p back from a £50 stay so will use that to buy a Mars bar from the vending machine when I'm there.

Why didn't I wait for Travelodge to announce a new tranch of cheap rooms before I booked my stay ! Two days after paying £29 for overnight stay could have got the same thing for £15 ! Oh well, bit of potential cash-back softens the blow !

Have used Travelodge site several times and always get good service. Hotels vary in quality but that is to be expected. Cashback varies but will contine to use.

Perfectly adequate accomodation for 1 night when you will be spending next to no time in the room. For £19 I got what I paid for. Still think it would be good if they could have made an effort to remove the chewing gum stains from the carpet!

. we stayed 2 nights at colwyn bay, the room we had was immaculate, i asked for disabled and was more than happy with all facilities.the place was close to where we needed and perfect for shops etc... i would visit again.....
