Poor service, rubbish hotel at Birmingham Yardley, party into the hours of the night to the morning and nothing to be done with the staff they stay there as statues.
Cashback never happened, would definitely not go to travelodge again, there rooms are worse than hostels, hostels are better in room tidyness then travelodge. The newcastle must be one in a million or maybe it was premier inn :)

Subscribe to travelodge for their sales. Several hotels are being bought by travelodge. So the quality of travelodges are also grand in some places. I stayed at New Castle travelodge and it was a luxury suit, just for a tenner. I haven't received cashback or topcashback's promised topup to comment at this stage. With or without cashback, I'd still continue to be their customer.

Straightforward transaction which tracked quickly, however the level of cash back is poor and would affect my buying decision with this provider.
I only purchased because of their sale price point, for standard rate purchased I may favour another Hotel Chain.
Topcashback were however extremely quick in tracking the amount and making payable.
