never got the cash back from early 2017 it's still showing as pending even now. After 8 months contacted C.S. to be told it's still to be paid please wait. Doubting i will get one from jan this year. Will not bother again a waste of time

Poor and slow service, they don't pay cashback until 26 weeks after the actual stay - regardless of when you paid. I'm still waiting for mine 10 months after they had my money on a non refundable booking.
