Very poor. Like other people my payment was unsuccessful and after repeated attempts i have given up. Also, it's not exactly easy to contact customer services at Topcashback, i don't want to have to write a lengthy explanation and then wait days or weeks for a response, i'd like to call and find out why this is the only place my card is getting refused!

Nationwide first declined my transaction, but received a text asking if it was me so retried it a few mins later. Went through on the second attempt. Cashback tracked within minutes.
