	old supplier worked well, but cashback and bonus need to have claims raised too many times. New supplier took longer to process, but eventually vouchers arrived, cashback and bonus 24 hours later.

	Took an awful and surprisingly long time to get the cashback status from 'confirmed' to 'payable' - especially when it is a topcashback product!

	Nationwide first declined my transaction, but received a text asking if it was me so retried it a few mins later. Went through on the second attempt. Cashback tracked within minutes.

	Argos and Mark and spencer has been disappeared. Some shops only accept printed out gift card. Not environmental friendly.

	The "instant delivery" gift cards take an age to come through (sometimes days)! Cashback tracking isn't reliable and the manual claims take forever. Still, a nice saving if you were going to buy these anyway!

	E-gift card no show on 10/4, i've purchased an M&S gift card, the invoice no is 1306971, until now, I still haven't got the gift card email, even i have checked my spam or junk folders. I tried to contact Top gift cards term but never get any feedback. Could you please follow my case, two options, 1. please send the egift card to me as soon as possible, or 2 refund the amount of the card to me. Thank you

	Vouchers not received! No way to chase! DO NOT BUY! I bought these gift cards through topcashback and have not received them. Topcashback have said I must contact the merchant - yet I have never had any direct relationship with them. They provided an email (I have written, no response yet - they say 4 working days for response ... but I have already waited well over a week, and have had to book the holiday without use of the giftcards paid for) and a webpage (does not work). This is now well after they took my money. Sorry taking money without providing the goods is a fraud. NOT OK!! DO NOT BUY

	Purchased 2 Costa Cards for Easter Gifts and had to end up chasing the company to send the e-cards , had to wait ages for a reply.

	I received an email with a link to claim my gift card only to find when trying to claim that the link had expired. I requested that they resend the link but was referred to an email but there was no mention of any expiry dates, and this has happened not once but twice. Will not be using again, money down the drain..
