My order tracked quickly and is showing confirmed yet 6 months later I find I'm still waiting to receive cashback from The Jewellery Channel.

My order tracked the next day as expected but it would appear the order value reported is less than I paid and therefore less cashback than expected. Although I have tried several ways of calculating with and without VAT and P+P, I cannot exactly match the reported order value. However it would appear close to the value with VAT deducted.
