TJC needs to get rid of Mark gould he does more damage than good,if went into a jewellers and found the staff moaning about the management you would think twice in buying so why do they let this presenter moan and whine

DIAOLICAL SERVICE- Still awaiting 48 hour manager escalation call back-(5 days and counting) diabolical service- customer service couldnt give a damn that goods were not delivered - paid for special delivery- waste of time as not even sent out on the day they should have been delivered. Good now arrived but birthday surprise spoiled. Wouldnt use again for this very reason AND on top of all this no cashback registered- not good at all

Still waiting for cashback on purchase made in October 2018. After a prolonged wait the transaction was finally added to my account as pending in March but four months later has still not yet become payable. I would not recommend based on this experience.

The ring purchased was return in 13 March 2019 my refund was not done and called few times on my last call I did inform then if my refund is not done I will issued a small claim court action. I have to take TJC to court and issue a bailiffs order again them, I received the original refund £163.33 today 21/5/19 and the court order was £380.47, this is not except able and I have request the bailiffs to collect the full refund for the order issued 23/4/2019 the company have been very disappointing to say. This the facts buyer be BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM TJC UK

My order tracked the next day as expected but it would appear the order value reported is less than I paid and therefore less cashback than expected. Although I have tried several ways of calculating with and without VAT and P+P, I cannot exactly match the reported order value. However it would appear close to the value with VAT deducted.
