I have no idea why they keep declining cashback! It's pretty unfair as I shop with them often and have spent a small fortune with them :(

DIAOLICAL SERVICE- Still awaiting 48 hour manager escalation call back-(5 days and counting) diabolical service- customer service couldnt give a damn that goods were not delivered - paid for special delivery- waste of time as not even sent out on the day they should have been delivered. Good now arrived but birthday surprise spoiled. Wouldnt use again for this very reason AND on top of all this no cashback registered- not good at all

Very poor experience as part of order was cancelled and not fully refunded until I called them. Only got cashback after raising 2 tickets and still took 6 months.

My order tracked the next day as expected but it would appear the order value reported is less than I paid and therefore less cashback than expected. Although I have tried several ways of calculating with and without VAT and P+P, I cannot exactly match the reported order value. However it would appear close to the value with VAT deducted.
