Easy to obtain quotes, but having bought 2 separate new policies with no discount codes etc...they declined the cashback on both purchases!!!

paid out once, then months later with a new policy from them - declined. Then another 8 months later declined again.
Wont be using again.

Always decline then pay up when claim submitted
Every time I use this company it either doesnt track or they decline. Always have to submit a claim for cash back and eventually received months later.

Never tracks
Every time I use Bike Insurer it never tracks. Literally follow the links though and take out a policy. Always have to put in a claim with Topcashback. Annoying. Lets see if they cough up!

Cashback tracks fine but is declined when it comes to pay out. I don't bother using them any more now.

Cashback declined stating they were unable to trace 'Order Number'. Could have got cheaper policy elsewhere - only went with Bike Insurer as their rate was slightly higher but with cashback was lower than the premium offered elsewhere.
