Would give no stars if I could
Bike Insurer never tracks. When claim is submitted they refuse. One big scam. I would go elsewhere. Dishonest company.

Easy peasy
Just went on the bike insurer website got my quote and went ahead and purchased and my cash back was in my top cash back account within a few weeks . No issues or problems

Cashback refused
As suspected, cashback refused. TCB have a record of my visit and my purchase, but The Bike Insurer claim the purchase does not appear on their records. This is the first time I've experienced refusal of a genuine purchase, apart from previous difficulties with this merchant. I have to remember not to use TBI again, after vowing never to do so again. I have now had to pay an extra £22.00 for my insurance which I'm very angry about. WARNING, avoid TBI and use a more reliable brand, like Topcashback Compare or any of the price comparison sites.

Didn't track.
I forgot how poor The Bike Insurer was for tracking and paying. No trace of transaction on the site. Have contacted TCB with all the details and 'click on' date. If no cashback this time, will avoid in future. May have wasted £22.00 which I'm not happy about.

Didn’t track…claim then rejected.
Got my quotes, clicked through and bought a policy with Bennett’s - didn’t track.
Left it a week and raised a claim. Just been updated “no record of this transaction” - claim denied.
Will never use The Bike Insurer again.

paid out once, then months later with a new policy from them - declined. Then another 8 months later declined again.
Wont be using again.

Always decline then pay up when claim submitted
Every time I use this company it either doesnt track or they decline. Always have to submit a claim for cash back and eventually received months later.
