Declined cashback for genuine bike insurance policy (which is still active). I've used The Bike Insurer since they first started years ago (without claiming cashback) but I will never use them again now that they've scammed me out of my cashback. I could have gone direct with the insurance company and got a slightly higher rate of cashback but thought it was only fair to buy through The Bike Insurer, so they get their commission, but then I got shafted, so never again! Hope stealing my cashback was worth the loss of a long term customer (and to think I used to recommend this company to bikers all the time...)
