Tried every week this year with my home delivery grocery order & Tesco has not acknowledged even a single delivery ??. What a joke you are TESCO, should be ashamed of yourselves. Step up & realise customers have other options ????????

Pity there is no "zero" stars
This retailer NEVER pays out. You get inundated by the little TopCashBack banner at the top of your screen continuously whilst you are shopping online, but when you take advantage of it, there is never a payback. You cannot even submit a cashback query as TopCashBack just say that there is no record of you shopping there. Total scam. Don't bother with Tesco on this app.

Having shopped every week with Tesco. It very disappointing at how hard it is to the the cashback from them. They have been the worst retailer on this scheme. Such disappointment smaller companies have put Tesco to shame !

Waiting for 6 months for cashback
Quite disappointed that this retailer is not acting fair! Transaction not tracked could only be submitted after 4 months and now I’m told they have a further 3 months to respond to the claim. Waiting for almost a year for pennies is quite frankly shocking!

Never ever tracks
Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but every week I click through TCB before doing my weekly Tesco shop, and every week it fails to track. Hardly worth the effort to claim for £1 cashback, but there's a point of principle here. If TCB can't resolve this issue, they should remove Tesco from their website. Looks like there are plenty of other TCB customers with the same issue.

Doesn't appear that they ever really wanted to pay out at all
I currently have 8 outstanding claims with Tesco Groceries. However having now read the other reviews I highly doubt they ever really intended to pay out at all. Very disappointing.

Totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Completely fails to track and given that most people will likely be doing this on a regular basis, perhaps weekly like myself, they will not like to continually chase this up.
You wouldn't expect a company like Tesco to let this happen.

Twice I have used Top Cash Back for Tesco groceries and twice I haven’t yet been paid after several weeks. Don’t bother it’s not worth the hassle.

Never Pay Cashback
Like most other reviews my cashback was declined for no good reason, it seems they offer a large cashback amount to get customers with no intention of actually paying out - wish Topcashback would clamp down on this!!

They never pay cashback, don't bother at all.
I've had multiple times rejected the claim, even tho on some of them I had no substitutes, nor missing items, no codes used etc.

No Rewards for regular customers!
Struggle to get cashback from Tesco, not just in the grocery end. If you’re a regular customer the 85p cashback offer for minimum spend of £140 not worth the effort.

My weekly shop is always done through Top Cashback and I always meet the minimum required amount. Have never seen the cashback from Tesco.
