Absolutely hopeless - been waiting 8 months for cashback
Truly hopeless - still awaiting cashback 8 months after taking out a Tesco Bank Loan. No feedback from the merchant or their agency.
I had the same issue with Tesco Mobile.
They are utterly hopeless - keep this in mind when using them.
