A completed quote is not eligible for Cashback, you will only be eligible for Cashback if you take successfully take out a Loan (“Product”).

You will only be eligible for Cashback if Compare the Market (the “Merchant”) is able to link your application to the TopCashback website. This means you must:

1.            Log into your TopCashback account

2.            Click from TopCashback directly to the Merchant’s website ensuring you have selected the correct Product category.

3.            Generate a brand new quote and take out the Product immediately (in the same session and without exiting your browser)

If you, or the provider, cancel the product before cashback is deposited in your TopCashback account.

If your application for the Product is not fully completed online

Cashback will be confirmed after your product/service has been active for at least 90 days. Payment could take up to 130-180 days after validation.

If your application for the Product is not fully completed online

This Merchant calculates Cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.

The Merchant reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Cashback offer at any time.

The Merchant’s decision will be final.
