	Cashback always tracks Have used temu via TCB many times. It has always tracked automatically for me. It usually takes ages for the cashback to be paid… But it always gets paid eventually. So I have nothing to complain about

	Rarely Tracks Automatically.. Excellent cashback rate with Topcashback but it rarely tracks automatically. A claim needs to be made if details can be remembered.

	PURCHASE ON THE WEBSITE!!!! Cashback tracks and normally shows on my account the following day, but does take a while to change to confirmed and payable. You have to remember that to earn cashback, you MUST complete your purchase on the website - NOT on the app! I normally sort out what I want using the app, and then click through TCB to Temu and purchase immediately on the website.

	Confused Don’t know why not direct me to Temu website after click “get 28% cash back for new customer” icon. And it said my purchase was tracked and usually takes 1day to send earning cash back details. However, I still not see my account update this transaction after 1 month. Seems my purchase was not recorded by TopCashback.

	Temu is a joke. Temu has not once but twice now split my order and only allowed cashback on a single item. Spent wwell over £150 was quite miffed when it tracked at £4. I filed a request and Temu said that is all that is permitted. TopCashback did there part trying to remedy it to no avail.

	Usually tracks but not always About 80% of my purchases go to payable about 4 months afterwards. Never in time order though and some never seem to track or get confirmed. Unsure how partial returns impact on the cashback.

	Did not pay up If you use TEMU credits in balance due to TEMU earlier flaw, they will not track it. If there are issues with bad product for a refund, they say "Did not meet terms set by retailer". Do not expect TEMU will pay up.
