	never tracks the cashback Never tracks the cashback and need to contact the support manually and then they will just give you the basic cashback rate like 2-3% even if you purchased on a special day when old customers can get 20% too.

	Waste of time They will reject your cashback with excuses that arent even true, so dont even bother hoping they will pay you the 28% because they wont. TCB need to cut ties with them as they are extremely dishonest

	Excellent value Excellent value and most items great quality .. if you wish to remove the minimum order thresehold, just goto customer support and type REMOVE RESTRICTIONS - and you can order any amount with FREE delivery, yes - even a 1p order.

	Not Honouring Cashback After a fairly good start albeit with long waits for approval, Temu have started to not honour cashback so should be removed from Topcashback!

	Great service Mostly great items, always read the write up and order clothes one or two sizes up. I've ordered so much from them over the years and if there's ever a problem refunds are usually done instantly and returns are really easy. Great choice of items and always great prices. Shipping is free once your order goes over the threshold, usually £10, £15 or £30 depending on the current offer. Great site to deal with.

	Rarely pays out. Temu rarely pays out. Never on large orders, always an excuse not to pay cashback. Or it fails to register with topcashback. Who that is down to I don't know, but frankly I'm sick of it, especially as I've been a very good customer. I've gotten to the stage when I see a Temu deal that I think "Yeah, yeah, yeah, Pull the other one!". Topcashback should really look into what is going on here as they will be losing custom and revenue too.

	SLOW TO PAY I buy from Temu regularly and have spent a lot of money. Most items are good, some are better than expected but more are not as good or become un useable shortly after trying them out. The returns system is generally good. Regarding cashback, they are very slow to pay out with some money months behind. I don't understand why Top cashback does not do more to chase these companies???
