	Not a good experience. My cashback has only just progressed to payable after showing as declined, TWICE. I had to chase TopCashback to receive my payment, I think that there are many customers out there like me that would simply let these things slip.

	Never had so much hassle with cashback in all my time using it. Order placed early September 2017 when there was an increased cashback rate on a 24 hour deal. It tracked at the wrong amount, submitted a claim for the right amount, TalkTalk then decline the cashback. I submitted copies of my TalkTalk bill to TopCashback to investigate the decining of cashback. It's now June 13th 2018 and I am no further forward. Amazingly frustrating. This needs resolving, and soon!

	Signed up via TCB 19 Feb 2018 expecting £90 cashback. Did not even track. Despite reporting to TCB still no joy to this date. Now looks like I'm stuck in a contract with no PROMISED rewards.

	If I could give them a zero I would, I bought broadband through TCB last MAY, it's not March and I'm STILL waiting to hear back off TalkTalk, (it's been like 10 months!) constantly having to chase up. Ridiculous customer service fro mTalkTalk. TCB have tried all they can to get a response from them but they're not replying at all!

	Cashback turned down when I signed up for talktalk tv on existing account - they made a mistake and originally credited it as a new account holder then when they found out it wasn't removed all cashback instead of crediting the correct amount

	Sign up failed as magically too many users on the website that day. Had to sign up on phone to get deal missing out on the cashback. Felt conned by convenient website failure.

	Waited almost 4 months now and it still hasn't even started tracking. Lodged a claim on numerous occasions. The cashback was the main reason why I signed up to Talk Talk and they have taken far too long.

	Absolute con. Waited 9 months after taking out a faster fibre broadband package expecting £90 cashback for it to be declined. Wish I'd have taken out subscription with a different retailer now. Feel like I've been conned. Steer clear of this cashback and look elsewhere!

	do not touch, merchant said they couldnt find my claim it has only took them from august and now im stuck with really rubbish tv and broadband for 18 month, shocking service, the only reason i went with them was for the cash back or i wouldn't have bothered

	had to give one star because cant give none. Very bad payers. I have had to chase them twice now. They should not advertise something they have no intention of paying. Very poor customer service
