Do not switch to this company for the top cashback. They won't pay out. They refused my claim. I am closing my top cashback account and also switching broadband supplier as soon as I can.

Top cash back is a brilliant company as for talk talk they were an absolute nite are,I went for the 12month broadband and tv box,got broadband put on in 3-4wks but 6month later,which was halfway through my contract I still didn’t have my tv box,which was the main thing I wanted,I got harassed from talk talk every day they would call me when at my work 3-6 times a day after I had asked them to call me out of work hrs so talk talk customer service is a joke but top cash back absolutely no complaints,I was very happy with their service,pity talktalk can’t learn proper customer service from top cashback

I would advise anyone relying on cashback from TalkTalk not to bother - they don’t pay up! I have waited a year and 3 months and still nothing. Avoid!

Despite it being several months after my payout was due, I still have not received it. Talk Talk are absolutely useless to deal with, no customer csre/service at all. Avoid them.

17 or so weeks later still not paid out contacted topcashhback many a times just get told the same excuses . Massive company like talk talk and topcashhback and they can't work with each other to payout what's fine wrong

Took a contract out with Talk Talk via TCB on the 16th November 2019. Changed from Vodafone, because of the incentive of £110 cashback, it's now 25th January 2020 (10 weeks on) and I still have not received the cashback, despite it being confirmed.

Still yet to receive my payment after 4 months. I have followed this up 3 times with top cashback and have received nothing more than a generic fobbing off response. I work in finance payments myself and how it takes 4 months to process payment in this day and age is utterly beyond me. Very frustrating.

The cashback should've been payable 5 weeks ago. The claim has been opened as i'm due £100 cashback. I won't be using them in the future and won't recommend it.
