	Disreputable approach to cashback payment Despite a meticulous and precise process to qualify for cashback, they have refused to pay without giving any specific reason. In other words, they just didn't want to pay up! I and my family will not be using this disreputable retailer again, which will be worth a lot more in lost revenue than had they been honest and paid the cashback due.

	Not Tracked 25% deal earlier this week. All items were more expensive than elsewhere. It’s still not tracked. I appreciate it can take 7 days, however a huge company like Superdrug should be able to handle it more quickly. Will have to return items if it doesn’t track. Hopefully it’s not false advertising.

	Shocking experience Took 15 weeks to receive the full amount of cashback. Was originally incorrectly calculated. I feel cheated. If I had not double checked I would have received the incorrect amount. This is actually shocking and should never have happened, I had to chase for update as well.

	Extremely Slow Tracked with no problems and a generous cashback rate but purchases in November 2025 have still not confirmed. Estimated payable updated to 15 weeks now, just short of 4 months which feels excessive.

	Dispute Every Time I always have to dispute this retailer when their is bonus cashback (20%) because it never tracks. Sometimes the dispute only gives me basic cashback. Current dispute is now ongoing for 8 months, waiting for retailer.

	Didn't payout cashback Spent £30 and took over 12 months to get £1.96 out of them which was far less than the cashback amount advertised. I also think that Topcashback paid this and not superdrug. Be wary of their offers.

	NEVER EVER TRACKS I have placed 4 separate orders through Topcashback and not one of them has tracked. I have had to make a manual claim every time. I eventually received cashback for 2 of the orders, each time I had to wait over 4 months for payout. The other 2 have yet to be confirmed. I will think twice about dealing with Superdrug again!

	Declined Made a purchase at 15% cashback only for it to be declined with zero reason. Claim will take 90-180 days to review. Products will be returned. False advertisement.

	Last 3 purchases not tracked Cashback from Superdrug has been fine in the past but my last 3 purchases haven't tracked. I need to wait and see if it will be resolved. Couple with that, a large delivery from them was lost twice and took many messages and chasing up so not worth the hassle.

	Doesn't track but does payout. None of my orders have tracked, however when a dispute has been raised they've paid out even at promotional rates. Hopefully that's the same for my most recent order that once again didnt track.
