	Great offers but lies about amount they pay Purchased in November 25th expecting 35%cash back as advertised sadly spent £94 and got £5.50 my math for this comes in at around £33 thanks Superdrug very dissatisfied and disappointed

	Great Cashback Superdrug may be slow at paying out cashback but they've never failed me yet. Extremely competitive prices, free click and collect available and I've found their staff to be very pleasant to deal with. I buy nearly all my toiletries from Superdrug and certainly give them a thumbs up.

	Always declines I waited 18 months for cashback to update and superdrug declined. 9/10 tracked cashback is declined so will use boots from now on. Shame on you superdrug, shouldn’t even be on here

	Repeated click and collect emails and declined cashback I ordered a click and collected item on 30th August and cashback tracked ok. I collected the item on the day that I was notified it was available. I received repeated emails and texts after that telling me to collect the item. I had to report this to customer service to get them to rectify this. The cashback was declined on 13th October and I had to raise a claim. I suspect that their staff are not following click and collect processes.

	Dishonest I have used Superdrug a few times but this time they had a very attractive cashback offer. I followed all the correct procedures before purchasing via TCB and months later they declined the cashback after it failed to track. I won't be using them again.
