	Repeated click and collect emails and declined cashback I ordered a click and collected item on 30th August and cashback tracked ok. I collected the item on the day that I was notified it was available. I received repeated emails and texts after that telling me to collect the item. I had to report this to customer service to get them to rectify this. The cashback was declined on 13th October and I had to raise a claim. I suspect that their staff are not following click and collect processes.

	Dishonest I have used Superdrug a few times but this time they had a very attractive cashback offer. I followed all the correct procedures before purchasing via TCB and months later they declined the cashback after it failed to track. I won't be using them again.

	I didn’t receive my refunds I didn’t receive my refund, despite receiving emails stating orders have been cancelled. Orders are showing as refunded on their system but nothing has come through to my bank account. I forwarded my bank statement showing money going out to Superdrug but no refunds showing. 	payment declined ?! I feel i have to chase every transaction payment , they have declined me a payment when i clearly was within the 'rules'

	never tracks.. always have to do a claim It never tracks the cashback. I always have to put in a claim. Its like a delaying tactic. I do buy from them often and often miss out on Cashback bonus payment too.

	Not bad, no reduction for P&P on large spends & VAT excluded. Fairly easy to navigate some very good offers, although they can be a bit confusing. Some products are inexplicably unavailable online. Free P&P if you collect in store but sadly our local store just closed, so had to spend half the money I'd saved to pay for delivery.

	No Cashback Supplied correct order number but Superdrug unable to trace! Lost a fair bit of cashback so will shop elsewhere now. Its a shame cashback isn’t applied at time of purchase.

	Not easy to earn cash back on Superdrug site. Always not able to track the transaction and when disputed even when provided with order number and there has been history of going to Superdrug on TOpCashBack the cash back will be declined. I have several instances buying from there.
