Estimated payout since transaction made on 22/01/15 was 12weeks. No payout had been made by SKY to Topcashback. No £50.00 Marks and Spencers gift card has been received as yet. This was promised as part of the Sky deal for existing customers. Topcashback have now paid out the cashback awarded to me as of today as a gesture of goodwill. However I am wondering when my £50.00 will arrive from SKY.

Used Top Cashback to get to Sky and then clicked on the purchase. Logged in to my Sky account and added the Sky Talk expecting to get £100 cashback. This did not happen. Logged a complaint and told that Top Cashback were not logged as the referring site even though Top Cashback have a record of the referral and I have an email time stamped with the order. Will be switching to other cashback sites to see if they're any better.

be careful, cashback rejected even though I upgraded via topcasback. originally tracked then declined. suggest you go direct to sky and negotiate. Don't waste your time with this site

went for this deal in june 14 after sending a complaint it is now in the confirmed box but still not paid nearly 12 months later do not go for this deal for the cashback as you may never see it

be careful with this one! TCB was tracked at £116 as expected but only paid out £47. Customer services were no help at all. Enough to make me delete my account.

for a 2yr deal extension and no cashback pay, it is just unethical from Sky & topcashback! It has been almost 9mth! Shocking to say the least but should have know it was too good to be true - liars!!

They lure you in with the promise of cashback but never pay! It is a hoax, they don't authorise paybacks to existing customers & will not renew once current contract ends

Hi there, I can assure you that this is not a hoax and Sky do offer cashback to existing customers on certain purchases, any regrades of your contract would not be eligible for cashback though. Kind regards, TopCashback

Don't do these offers for Sky - I had upgraded through website to sky sports with £140 cashback. Tracked incorrectly at first but TopCashback advised this was all going well. Don't believe a word they say and get out of the deal. I feel really conned as was informed all the wat through all was well with the transaction. It wasn't!! Not happy and would steer clear of these deals!

It's now been over 2 years, claim has been declined even though all terms and conditions were followed! Certainly won't be doing anymore upgrades with sky if they're going to lie about cashback and not honour it when they should!

Robbed, sky not only haven't paid cash back they retracted the 6 months free that was originally offered and renewed my contract for 18 months at full price.

TOTALLY DISGUSTING BEEN WAITING SINCE JUNE FOR MY CASHBACK THEN 4 WEEKS AFTER MY ESTIMATED PAYOUT THIS CASHBACK DECLINED SO I BEEN IN CONTACT WITH TCB AND THEY ARE DEALING WITH IT THEN JUST A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO 21/12/2014 I HAVE BEEN AWARDED WITH THE CASHBACK BUT IT HAD A ESTIMATE OF 4 WEEKS TO PROGRESS TO PAYOUT BUT NOW WHEN I WENT ON 09/01/2015 TO CHECK STATUS IT IS NOW SAYING 24 WEEKS . NEVER AGAIN AND WONT BE RECCOMENDING FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Hi there, when a claim has been successfully resolved, it can sometimes take a little longer for the cashback to be received and for Sky transactions, this can take around 24 weeks, but I can wholly assure you that as soon as the cashback has been received, you will see your account updated to reflect this. Not happy with sky at all, lodged a claim as tracked as 0.00... Months and months later got a random excuse for why it hadn't gone through (nothing to do with what the deal was for). Should NOT be allowed on tcb, it would seem many have the same issue. AVOID!!

My cash back claim for £100, for upgrading my package to include broadband, has been "with the merchants network" for 12 months only to be refused. This is the second time this has happened to me on a sky upgrade! Shame on you SKY - Another customer on their way to talk talk.

Another un happy customer, been waiting over 8 months now topcashback don't seem to care, had a claim in for months but still nothing. I use a seprate browser for cashback and clear all cookies before clicking though so there is no excuse

TERRIBLE...DO NOT RELY ON GETTING ANY CASHBACK FROM THIS MERCHANT. MY £115 CASHBACK FOR SIGNING UP TO BROADBAND WAS JUST REFUSED. I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY CLAIMED OVER £800 FROM OTHER MERCHANTS OVER MANY YEARS WITHOUT PROBLEM.....UNTIL NOW. BECAUSE I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED A DECLINED AMOUNT I FACTORED THIS CASHBACK INTO MY DECISION TO SWITCH BB AND WAS GOING TO USE IT TO PAY MY TERMINATION CHARGE WITH MY OLD PROVIDER....NEEDLESS TO SAY I'M NOW OUT OF POCKET BIG TIME. DO NOT RELY ON GETTING THIS CASHBACK. SHAME ON YOU SKY.

Hi there, I am very sorry to hear this has been declined, we do try to make it clear on the merchants pages that cashback is never guaranteed and do ask members, although easier said than done, not to make their purchases based on the cashback alone. Ordered end of June and was expecting the money around now. Shocked to log and not see any details of my order, no tracking details or anything. And then find out that I cant submit a claim because it is over 100 days, I am angry at this a very poor service. No problem with Sky they are taking my money every month and they will defiantly have paid Top Cash back there money but it has been unfairly withheld. After reading other reviews I am regretting using this website. After sending TCB a message I am wait for a reply but I am not very confident about the outcome.
