A real bad cashback experience, it tracked ok but about £75 less than was offered, I raised it and it just sat there for ever then it need to be resubmitted which took months. 8 months later and I am still waiting. Ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars to both Sky and you, I would. Refused payout after I ordered Fibre via TCB. No reason and my claim is legit. Totally unhappy with both of you actually.

It loos like the cashback deal on sky broadband is a lie. Its more than a month now when I bought that deal but I only got a cashback of £12.50 even though I am a new customer. Its a false information and deal.

I have tried to upgrade my sky account via TCB (adding broadband). When it takes you through to the sky website it brings up a screen to check your postcode. This is pre-populated with Sky's own postcode and the field is greyed out preventing you from going any further. Contacted sky and they say its nothing to do with them is the cashback problem

Absolutely useless, took out the highest package with them.. cashback paid at £10, was supposed to be £190. After sending a query about this was pretty much robbed off for 3 months waiting, being told there was nothing that could be done the sky denied the cashback saying I don't have a redeemable claim....waste of time, sky subscription will be cancelled and I will be using a different cashback site from now on

I have been waiting nearly 8 months and still no pay out, I did everything I'm supposed to (I've never not had a payout) and get here I am still waiting, it's been manually submitted 4 months ago and I'm still twiddling my thumbs hoping for contact. Don't waste your time people.

Sky take forever to pay, keep changing the time from 8 weeks payable to 10 weeks and now 26 weeks! also existing Sky offers are all invalid, cannot upgrade at all, just says no longer available on all plans!

Appalling, went to switch to Sky broadband advertising slapped all over the site saying up to £150 cashback, I chose a package with sky not the most expensive so only offered £75 payable in 8 weeks but hey that's not bad. 10 Weeks later it was reduced to £40 and now 11 weeks later it has been deleted not even in my decline box. To add injury to insult tcb website it soo poor it make it impossible to contact them regarding it, shame on sky and shame tcb

Awful. I am an existing Sky customer and was upgrading from the Sky Q Package to include Sky Fibre Max. Everything done via TopCashback and on the sky website, get a confirmation and order number. Then Sky email to say there is a problem and I have to call them. When I called, I was told there was a price discrepancy and they would put the order through over the phone, which is obviously a scam to get out of paying the cashback. When I mentioned I would lose my Cashback if I completed the order over the phone, they said they have no knowledge of TopCashback. Sky will now be losing my business and I will be taking further action against them. Screenshots of everything have been taken in case they try and get out of it.

I've used Sky cashback several times, at all times followed all the guidelines. Has always been declined, and no appeal. Avoid.

Waited nearly 2 years for cashback for upgrading to sky movies, they never paid out and finally just closed the claim by saying they are not paying any more claims. I will never bother with their offers again as they are a waste of time. Topcashback helped the best they could.

Shockingly bad! I have now been waiting since 22nd of April 2016, yes that's right it's over a year and still no cash back. I have lodged a claim last year and had one update to say they would update me soon and that was back in January and nothing since, despite multiple nudges. I don't hold out any hope they are ever going to pay out or be made to now. To

I've had exactly the same experience as other members. Upgraded to sky movies and expected £35 cashback. At the time I tried to lodge a missing claim and received a pop up box advising that I had to wait 6 months before lodging a claim. I waited six months and then got one saying the time to lodge a claim had passed!!! Never received. TCB first of all said I had a claim and then changed their mind. I've got the email trail and am in the process of submitting a report to trading standards. Just to let you know my review has been deleted so this is the third version and a lot of other reviews saying the same thing have also been deleted and my claim has been closed even though I didnt close it. I will be including that in the information to trading standards too. Ridiculous really that I have to go through this for as little as £35. Some of the deleted reviews were missing hundreds of pounds so be wary.

Hi, Cashback can be declined for various reasons and I am afraid with this merchant we can not challenge declined transaction. The most common cause of a decline is us not being related back as the last referrer and this means someone else gets paid. This can often we avoided by clearing cookies and cache before logging in. We will display reviews even if they are negative as long as they do not mention another company, is not predominantly about the cashback or used abusive language. Best wishes, TopCashback Support

Awful experience, declined my cashback, even know it was a legitimate sale, and I never cancelled. When I put a missing cashback claim through, topcashback informed me that Sky refuse to honour the missing declined cashback!!! Will never user Sky existing cashback again - cowboys!

A no star company. Due £105 cash back after subscribing to Multiroom as an existing customer. Initially rejected because I was not a NEW customer and this took 8 months. When I appealed they say claim is too old!! Just a letter from Sky wanting me to renew my contract with them. Well timed and ready now to cancel and move away from Sky. I have been deceived.
