Estimated Payable - 10 weeks Still waiting after 22 weeks! The delay is, apparently, affecting others too - but I see no warning about this for others.

So far to date no cashback has been received yet taking out broadband and phone that went live early November 2012. Service for broadband has been terrible wish I never left O2 now as both my speed and service was the best you can get. I have been without broadband several weeks during my time with Sky and when live the connections have been terrible. Customer service even tried to tell me that I am at fault which I found insulting especially when my local area has been experiencing these issues and have gone to lengths to set-up facebook pages for it. When the minimum contract term is up I shall move to another provider without hesitation and will probably use the other well known cashback site too, as so far I can't seem to raise a claim for this one. If the situation changes I will come back and update / edit this negative review but until then SKY cashback is not something to be relied upon nor is their service.

Nearly 6 months since upgrade to HD and over 5 since TCB put in missing cashback claim and nothing. From other reviews it seems I'm unlucky, but not a thing and no response.

Cashback tracked but at a lower amount than was shown at the time of making the transaction. Such scammers Sky are - if only you could avoid like the plague!

Hi there, could you lodge a claim for an incorrectly tracked transaction? We can then look into getting this tracking at the rate expected. Please be aware though that if you have purchased a movie or sport package, this amount will not be applied to your account until 6 months after purchase. Kind regards, TopCashback

Apparently the only way you get your comment seen is by giving the merchant 5 stars which is ridiculous as this gives false statistics to other people, I have tried for 2 weeks now to get broadbans and phone at peoplwith sky thru topcash back and all I get is that my order is unable to be completed online seems they dont want people to get cash back or that people will get fed up with trying and phone them to complete the order which they know will invalidate the cash back claim - this NEEDS to be looked into!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order for the Complete Bundle with £207 cashback. It tracked immediately but at £121.20! I've contacted topcashback and raised a claim - I hope they are able to fix this!

Have been fighting for cashback for an upgrade to Sky Sports since Dec 2012. Originally tracked at £0 then up to £31-50 after claiming. This progressed to £31-50 confirmed, and has this week moved to £0 payable???????????????????

Absolute RIP OFF!! I upgraded to movies in June 2012 and the cash back was £25. It failed to track so eventually had to put in a missing claims procedure and yesterday, 12/11/2013 Sky rejected my claim. I for sure would NOT use this method again, I feel it was a total con!

Wish i had read the comments before placing my order.....just clicked through the existing customer deals to obtain the £50.50 cashback for the upgrade to `Entertainment Extra Plus`,it tracked immediately and is showing the correct value pending....but is listed as a Sky New Customer cashback deal,i hope this doesnt cause any problems regarding payment !!

Ordered multiroom through cashback as an existing to upgrade I would get 40.00 Back on cashback, in August. Tracked but had to lodge missing cashback claim. Response today is not eligible. As with other reviews it definately seems like the cashback offer was just a con. I will now be reviewing my sky package..If they cant pay then I will also look to take my custom else where. Have given 5 stars so this review will be posted at top.

Don't bother using the cash back, as per other's they don't want to pay it. Went for £60 odd to £0.00 after orering FIBRE. It's not been upgraded, and paid for and SKY decided not to pay the cashback. Have asked TCB to provide details why SKY declined ...

if you are coming from BT and want to take out a broadband and telephone package. be warned that sky require a mac code the same time you put your order through top cashback. but skys website does not request the mac code and you end up having the order fail because of sky mess up. you have your order cancelled and have to reorder online. ofc the is wrong and skys mistake but you also lose your cash back. this has just happened to me ty sky you are useless

After waiting over 6 months my cashback has been rejected. Would not use again as I definitely went through Top Cashback's link, however this will probably prompt me to switch back to BT next time !

Finally after waiting many months, since October 2012, and believing that no cashback was ever to come for my upgrade I finally have just requested a nice amount to be paid in to my bank account. Thanks Topcashback and Sky, a long wait but it got there in the end.

Upgraded to SKY+HD in October 2012. Tracked immediately. Transaction confirmed in April 2013. Finally became payable today. £101 cashback. It took much, much longer than expected!! I raised a support ticket but I'm not sure how much it contributed to the situation being resolved! Good luck to everyone who is waiting for Sky cashback to come through. Be prepared for the long haul!

Can't give Sky any stars at all. Took out Broadband and Phone in July, didn't track, and nothing has happened despite me sending four nudges. And their broadband is rubbish too. Avoid Sky.

Cashback has never been paid and this was over 4 months ago! Placed complaint with Top Cash Back but not much has happened and can't see it happening either! So now stuck with a contract, crap internet service (worse than BT if that is possible!) and have even charged me for the first 3 months which are meant to be free! Hope others have more luck.....

This makes it sound like there's no cost to upgrade, which isn't true. To get the free hd box you need to buy the hd pack, which is an extar £10.50 per month. There is no option to just select the box and get the 4 free hd channels.
