  • What will stop me getting cashback?
    • If you are already a Sky Broadband customer regrading to a better package for example from Broadband Unlimited to Fibre
    • This offer is not available direct through Sky or through the call centres or retailers
    • If you have to complete your order over the phone for any reason
    • Upgrade products that are not activated within 80 days of purchase will be declined. Digital TV orders that are activated after 80 days since the date of purchase will be declined also.
  • What else is essential?
    • Cashback is only available to new household registrations – 1 per household
    • In order to earn Sky cashback rates, a monthly subscription to the Sky product you are purchasing is essential
    • Cashback only available for upgrades that customer has not had as part of their Sky package for the last 12 months

    • Cashback rates are subject to change both up and down.
    • Recurrences on the amount of purchases that can be made while earning cashback may be limited.
    • Cashback will only be paid out for Sky Sports products for both new and existing (upgrading) customers, providing the customer remains on their contract for 6 months. We will issue the cashback owed to the customer 6 months after the transaction date.
  • What to do when
    • The vast majority of transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback Claim" within 7 days of your transaction tracking incorrectly as we will be unable to chase up claims older than 75 days.
    • You will be unable to submit a claim if your transaction has been declined.
    • Sky customer service will be unable to assist you with any queries relating to your TopCashback cashback
    • Please keep a record of your Sky customer ID and order number – you’ll need these in the unlikely event you need to make a claim
