What will stop me getting cashback?
- If you are already a Sky Broadband customer regrading to a better package for example from Broadband Unlimited to Fibre
- This offer is not available direct through Sky or through the call centres or retailers
- If you have to complete your order over the phone for any reason
What else is essential?
- Cashback is only available to new household registrations – 1 per household
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
- Cashback will only be paid out for Sky Sports products for both new and existing (upgrading) customers, providing the customer remains on their contract for 6 months. We will issue the cashback owed to the customer 6 months after the transaction date.
- In order to earn Sky cashback rates, a monthly subscription to the Sky product you are purchasing is essential
- Cashback only available for upgrades that customer has not had as part of their Sky package for the last 12 months
What to do when
- The vast majority of transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback Claim" within 7 days of your transaction tracking incorrectly as we will be unable to chase up claims older than 75 days.

- You will be unable to submit a claim if your transaction has been declined.

- Please keep a record of your Sky customer ID and order number – you’ll need these in the unlikely event you need to make a claim
