Also paid £15 out of £80 due, then said the claim was declined because the tcb wasnt the last referral. It clearly was or they wouldn't of tracked the £15. I'm not the only one this has happened to, so there is obviously a fault.

Still no cashback, have been waiting 6 months. Not sure it will ever be payable. BT paid much quicker when we switched to them. Disappointed.

Cashback is easy to earn with Sky but expect to wait around five to six months before it becomes payable, and even then Sky will pay out 10% less.

Takes a long time and a few messages to get sorted! ! One claim in January has taken nearly 8 months to be payable. Another claiim in April is showing at £0.00 so will have to start trying to sort that one out now.

I have always had good experiences with topcashback but sky have been dreadful. I upgraded to sky movies last March and was supposed to receive £136 but despite it showing as confirmed for months, lodging a claim and several nudges, no sign of the money. Don't waste your time with sky.

It is taking so long to get this cashback. I feel very frustrated because it has been confirmed for several weeks. The cashback registered on account in May, its half way through December. I even had to contact Sky to get my voucher too.

Very disappointed. I upgraded for at least 6 months sports to receive £30.30 and kept it for 9 months. 15 months later my claim has been rejected and they don't even have to give a reason why despite me putting a claim in for it

Don't upgrade for the cashback! I ordered movies in october 2013 & had to raise a claim as it did not track and as of today i am still waiting, not holding my breath on this one.

Purchased Entertainment+ package with Sky Upgrades Cashback, expecting £50. It didn't track. When TCB contacted Sky they refused the CB saying they didn't offer it on this product. The CB was clearly labelled at the time. Very disappointed.

NOT HAPPY I have never really had a problem on here but SKY takes the biscuit I did everything correctly signed up for 3 months of movies and waited 6 mnths for £30.30 cashback and they have refused claim I am not happy at all I have spent and still do a fortune with them

Very poor - I followed the Cashback requirements to the letter. Initially it did not track, although my other cash back transactions did. After submitting a request (original transaction in 22/04/13), and waiting months for any update, I received a rejection from Sky (31/10/13) with no reason stated. I would not buy through TopCashback if you are expecting any cashback from Sky. You'll be lucky if you do! I'd like to note that my service on the product from Sky is good and I like the broadband and telephone package they offer.

Whilst Sky states that they provide cashback on new subscriptions or upgrades, I have yet to receive a successful claim. First the claim for my new installation wasn't successful due to being unable to complete the order online, due living in a flat block rather than a segregated house. Then I upgrade to Sky movies and fulfil the requirements stated to receive cash back, but still Sky tracks nothing and only several months later states that they do not give cash back on this item, even though it was advertised for cash back months before and still is being advertised presently. If it wasn't for the fact that Sky has a good product, I would have left just to prove a point. Basically, just don't bother applying for cash back because in my experience you won't get it.

10 months gone and no cashback received, have nudged and messaged TCB since the 6 months period went by and now a reply at 10 months. Response was that Sky had declined it, the reason for declining is unknown to TCB. Very poor service, will continue with the claim tho as its £60 owed still! Will not use again.

Stay away from this retailer!! listen to the warnings others have posted. I also did not get my cashback from sky. This is an unregulated industry and you have no protection under consumer law. I strongly recommend you don't buy through topcashback. I did get my money after threatening legal action, but it was a long, hard slog....Stay clear!
